Cheshire Cares Victim Support 

Cheshire CARES is the victim support service for the county, commissioned by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire. We would like to make you aware of the support we provide for all victims of crime.

Cheshire CARES works with victims of crime to assess what support is needed on an individual basis. We deal with victims of assaults, burglaries, robberies, sexual assaults, domestic violence, hate crime and theft. Cheshire CARES offers emotional aid, volunteer face-to-face meetings and practical support. We also have a selection of home and personal safety equipment for those who would benefit from this initiative.

We can also advise individuals about criminal injuries compensation, legal & court procedures, safeguarding and signpost to more acute services as required. A crime does not necessarily need to be recorded by Cheshire Police to get support and advice from our service.
