- Lettuce
- Radish
- Beetroot
- Chinese cabbage
- Turnips
- Cabbage
- Green beans
- Leek
- Spring onion
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Potato
- Garlic
- Sweet potato
- Green pepper
Day of the test
Avoid the following for one hour prior to the test:
- Eating
- Drinking
- Smoking exercise
