Home Visits
If a home visit is required you will need to request this before 10.30 am if possible.
Each request for a home visit will be assessed by the On Call GP to assess if the home visit is needed.
The GP may need to speak to the patient or relative and therefore we must have an up to date contact number and the patient or relative should be available to speak to the GP.
Please note Home visits will only be carried out for patients who are terminally ill or housebound. No home visits will be made for children
