Important Safety and Review Information

Medication Reviews: To ensure your continued safety and well-being, you will be asked to attend a routine check-up and medication review with a doctor from time to time.

Patients on Warfarin: In accordance with government safety directives, all patients prescribed Warfarin must produce their yellow book before a prescription can be issued. This ensures your dosage is correctly monitored. If you are unable to produce your yellow book, please speak directly to a receptionist for further instructions.
