If you’re a patient at our practice, you can now use the NHS app, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

What can you use it for?

• Check your symptoms and get instant advice

• Book appointments

• Order repeat prescriptions

• View GP medical records

• View Covid Vaccination Proof / Certificate

• Access PATCHS

Proxy access

Proxy access allows an individual to access online services on behalf of another individual. This maybe useful for parents wishing to book appointments or order medications on behalf of their children. It may also be useful for carers to do the same for the person they care for. You will need to complete the request form and email it back to us at CMICB-WAR.PadgateMC@nhs.net
