To find out if your test results have been received by the practice, please call us after 2:00 PM.
To maintain strict patient confidentiality, test results can be discussed over the telephone, but they will only be disclosed directly to the patient.
Viewing Your Results Online
You can view your recent test results by registering for online access to your medical records via the NHS App (see below for more information).
Please note that processing a request for online medical record access can take up to 28 days.
If you have already viewed your results online and have further questions, please visit our practice website and submit an inquiry via Systmconnect.
Tests Conducted Outside the Practice
If your test was performed at a hospital or by an external healthcare provider, please contact that specific facility directly. External providers are responsible for managing and issuing the results of tests they conduct.

More patients are now viewing their test results through the NHS App, and we want to help everyone understand what to expect.
Why results may appear before you hear from the practice?
Some test results are released automatically to the NHS App. This means you might see them before your GP or clinician has reviewed them. This is completely normal.
When to contact the practice?
You don’t need to call us about your results unless we have asked you to. If anything needs follow‑up, we will contact you directly.
What you can expect from us:
Every result is reviewed by a clinician.
If a result needs action, we will get in touch.
Not all results require a phone call or appointment.
Some results may look unfamiliar or technical, this doesn’t mean they are concerning.
