Anxiety, Stress or Depression

There are a great many resources that can help

Warrington has its own mental health website to help us look after our wellbeing, enjoy life and find support when we need it.

www.happyoksad.org.uk

You’ll find lots of links to local and national websites that give clear information about a wide range of mental health problems, symptoms, treatments and support services.

It lists the local and national services (most of which are free) that people can refer them- selves to.

There is also a large number of self-help leaflets on a range of mental health problems here:

If you want to do something a little more interactive you could try the following free online modules:

Warrington also has its own wellbeing service, offering advice and support for a better quality of life. You can pop in to the Warrington Wellbeing office in the Gateway or:

Phone: 01925 248460

Or email: warringtonwellbeing@warrington.gov.uk www.warrington.gov.uk/warringtonwellbeing

The Wellbeing team can offer free one to one support, to help people manage things like money worries, social isolation, health problems and reducing smoking.

If you’d prefer to talk to someone you can contact Warrington’s psychological therapy teams by visiting:

www.warringtoniapt.org.uk

Or by calling 01925 401720

where you can access a variety of talking therapies.
